Yes, ladies and gentlemen, due to popular demand and gentle arm twisting by the Commodore, there will be a Cruise Out this year. Destination: TBD but it will not require Daniel Wiley to pay an exhorbitant slip fee. No. No. No. It will not be in Tomales Bay because the Commodore says that is too far away. I disagree but he is the Commodore. There will be dorky prizes for esoteric reasons. Hopefully there will be wind. Maybe there will be fog (remember that year? that was dense!). Stay tuned...
Starting this thread to capture updates from the fleet as they arrive - For right now, they are relatively sparse, most are settling in, with seat belts secured. Seems to be a bumpy but fast ride for most - everyone is checked in and tracking well from my perspective No breakages have been reported as of this morning Tracker DH

A trailerable 25 footer with a lifting keel, deck stepped mast and two bunks. Came with fractional and masthead symmetrical spinnakers, a Selden sprit with a masthead assym and top down furler. Has a fresh Ullman carbon main and 135. Picked her up just before heading to Hanalei Bay for the SHTP finish. We have had her out a couple times at New Melones lake to practice...
10/28/10 Bug Lighters, Greetings from Capitola. Well Done, Bill, on your exceptional service to SSS. And welcome aboard Commodore Max! We anxiously await the launching of “Wisdom,” Alan H.'s new skerry. His PHRF just came in, and with a rating of 426, we are all in trouble. Meanwhile, I can't let Alan have all the fun playing in sawdust and glue. Read on: Most of you know a little over two years ago I abandoned and scuttled WILDFLOWER returning from Hanalei. At the time, shoreside...
