Childhood Seattle, wonder years Oregon coast and Japan. Migrated back to Puget Sound area and stayed. Several careers: RE development, management and sales, Architectural design, construction and a little stock trading for a little insanity. Now I'm semi-retired with a little RE management and Dog stuff for fun. Sailing has been a big part of my adult life one way or another. Life is good! Still breathing.
