Check your motor mounts. Old dry/hard mounts can lead to rumble and broken mounts brackets. Broken brackets off shore even in warm smooth SoCal weather is not cool. Old sailor learns a new lesson.

Yep, that was another thing I had to do to Surprise! which never made it to my blog. The PO had replaced the original mounts with harder ones from PYI. At idle the engine would rattle your teeth. We replaced the mounts with the stock squishy ones from Yanmar. Mucho better!

Looks like good engine access on your new ride. And orange is fast!
