Wow! A spectacular day on the bay!!!
Not often you can get a panoramic picture of the Bay Bridge that looks like this:

Light winds in the morning with a strong flood that caught some of us at the SC buoy the first time around the course.
As predicted, the winds picked up for the 2nd time around.
Then, wind really picked up in the afternoon and blasted back across the bay to Richmond.
Thank you Richard and the race committee! Even with only a few boats racing, this was a fun time and a good opportunity for new singlehanded racers that we should continue to encourage.
