3BF results: borrow digital-8 camcorder?

The Three Bridge Fiasco race committee was shooting video on both Hi-8 and Digital-8 cameras - same tape, different formats. I have only a Hi-8 camera, so I can't watch the digital tapes which are the only ones we have of the start.

Does anyone, preferably on the Peninsula, have a Digital-8 camcorder that I can use to review the start tapes? I can borrow the camera for a day or two, or if you prefer I'll watch at your place. I'm fairly clean and polite, and I only have a few starts to check; shouldn't take more than an hour.

By digital-8, do you mean MiniDV? If so, I have a camcorder that uses Mini-DV tapes.

I just checked and found that Digital8 is not the same as MiniDV, so I can't help with this one.
