3BF start line restrictions

Hey Kids,
So the start line is no longer restricted before your start? That would have saved me a shitestorm or two as PRO. Pissed off a couple of boats but dem was the rules. When did that change?

No change (it's still restricted). See SSS's Standing Sailing Instructions for 2013.
