For SSS races inside the Bay, the equipment list is contained in the 2015 Standing Sailing Instructions which are posted on Jibeset (where you register for our races). Nothing was changed for 2015. See Item 8:

For SSS races outside the Bay, the first ocean race isn't until May 23rd so you have some time. The rules will again be those published by the NorCal Offshore Racing Council, in which two or three SSS officers participate. I am not on that committee but I receive its e-mails - NorCal ORC is trying to conform its rules to the new "Coastal" requirements from US Sailing, with some objectionable items removed. I think the 2015 requirements will look like 2014's but the list will probably be presented in a different order. NorCal ORC had a meeting on December 1st to continue working on this but I've had no e-mails from them since that meeting.
Perhaps someone on the board can respond with more current information.
