Blackaller is off station

I just got word that Blackaller buoy won't be on station for the Three Bridge Fiasco Saturday. If anyone has a lead on a decent-sized mark with ground tackle, and/or the time to set it before 0900 Saturday, let's talk.

SSS now owns an inflatable mark which we can use; in that case we'll want another one to mark the restricted zone near the Yerba Buena Coast Guard docks. That one can probably be a bit smaller.

See me at the skippers meeting if you have any good ideas.
