Well, that thread about racing to Pitcairn got me to look at a video of some guy who wanted to visit Pitcairn. Along the way, he comes across Don McIntyre in Fiji, or something, who has this crazy idea to recreate the voyage of Blighs Longboat, after it's ejected from HMS Bounty. Don did the BOC a number of years ago, and he's an interesting guy.I got to wondering if he ever did the Bounty voyage.

thank you for posting this video alan. I hadnt seen it, or even heard of it, and found it both interesting and enjoyable.
