hi everybody,
me and a friend of mine are preparing for a double-handed atlantic crossing-from italy-and a few of R&R around the caribean islands and antille;we probably move this summer, having some stops in order to be to canarias next winter.
We would like to visist the caribeans as long as possible but we're quite afraid about costs, fees, moorings and general cost of life into caribeans islands (he's going to be retired but for me it's not so simple the money issue...). So the questions are:
did someone of you get experienced of theese islands?is it possible to have something as a ranking about better/worst?in mediterranean we used to "use our anchors" as muche as possible, avoiding-whenever possible-morrings and taxes-here in italy it's really awful,in summer especially ..-so we would look for lovely and peacefully places, white bayas sand, few noise and shopping, and so on...
thanks in advance for suggestions and forgive my errors, it's been a while without using english
