Diesel tank cleaning

Hi folks,

Need to get my diesel tank cleaned, looking for recommendations and an idea of how much it would cost. The tank is 25gal, there's no inspection hatch, so that would probably need to be installed as well. Access to the tank is pretty limited as well. Who should I call?

I should add that fuel polishing is not needed, there's only about 5gal of diesel in there, wouldn't be worth it.
