Has anyone experienced dizziness when coming ashore after a longish passage? I have been experiencing dizziness when I bend down, sometimes when I turn over in bed. I completed the SHTP almost six weeks ago now. Seems like a long recovery time.

Never been seasick a day in my life but this dizziness is annoying and somewhat embarrassing when I stagger down the grocery store isle after picking something up off a low shelf.

Should I be worried I am permanently screwed up?
 
Yes, always, usually wears off in less than a day, for SHTP took 48 hrs or more. Just enjoy while it lasts.
