Engine stuff

I was working on my engine recently and concluded I had endured enough hose clamp tail torture. I don't know how many cuts and scars I have from those damn clamp tails in the tight areas around the diesel. Anyway, I bought a bag of bright red hose clamp tail protectors at Amazon for $5. I stuck them on all my exposed tails in the engine area. The unexpected bonus is now all the hose clamped connections can be identified immediately when I look at the engine area. The red protectors really stand out. It makes it a lot easier to see and scan all your hose connections for leaks, etc.
