Forum Downtime & Upgrade

The forum was down for 5 days because: The fix required spending some $s and upgrading to the latest vBulletin version. The web hosting company for the forum upgraded their server making the older version of vBulletin incompatible. Now that we are running the latest version of vBulletin software for the SSS Forum. The site should be more stable, more secure and easier to keep updated in the future.
