Halfmoon Bay Registration open

This is our last ocean race of the year. Starts at Golden Gate Yacht Club seawall and finishes at Halfmoon Bay.

It's a very nice jaunt down the coast and ends in the welcoming arms of the Halfmoon Bay Yacht Club.

Sat. night sleepover on your boat and no race on the way back, but a pleasant sail back up on Sunday.

If you plan to stay for dinner at the Yacht Club, we need to take a head count, please RSVP soon to danieldwilley@hotmail.com. In years past most of the sailors have dinned with options such as fish, beef and/or chicken. Cost about $20. We will let you know when the menu is solidified.

Changes for this year are extending cutoff time an hour. New time is 19:00. Also, Race Committee is adding a course 2 option to possibly send boats out to Y"S" buoy, southern separation mark south of SF Lightship. Depending upon weather conditions, the Race Committee will make the course announcement before the first warning signal. All boats will sail the same course.

Skippers' meeting on Wed. before the race at 7:30 via zoom. Invitation links will be sent to registered sailors.
