The PHRF database is having issues and they're running into some delays in getting 2019 PHRF certs out. Patience is requested.
 
I think a lot of us got Linda's message; YRA's working hard at getting things back up. Remember the "good old days" when you waited for the postman to deliver your paper PHRF Certificate dot your mailbox? Took it to Kinkos, made a dozen copies, and mailed one with each race entry form? Then waited for Kimball to publish the weekend race results in the Chron's Sporting Green? Also delivered by hand to your driveway.
 
According to the NOR,
A 2018 phrf cert. will be allowed for the Three Bridge Fiasco.
TBF only, all other SSS races will require a 2019 cert.
