I'll be listing my boat for sale soon on sites like Latitude 38 and sailinganarchy.com. It's located in Santa Cruz Harbor Built in 1998, one cylinder Yanmar diesel, recently re-rigged, folding prop recently reconditioned. Hansen square top sail. Honestly, I haven't priced it yet but I will soon. It's in very good to excellent shape, ready to sail or race, but I'll be very up front with you about the few inevitable issues you might want to deal with. I'm a motivated seller, having recently bought a second home back east where we expect to spend several months of the year.
