Latest issue of "Sailing" (pg 21) has info on a new web site started by Mrs. Rudiger #2 (Lori) which supposedly is taking donations in Rudi's name to help sailors facing crises of whatever sorts. The sire is identified as :
www.rudismates.org. All I find is a site selling clothing. I might be interested in donating, if more can be learned. Any additional info out there?
