Need Life Raft & EPIRB

I need to borrow, rent, or purchase (if necessary) a 4-person life raft and 406 EPIRB for my Pacific Cup Race next year. I'd be willing to re-certify the life raft in return for its use & re-register the EPIRB both to my boat and back to yours.
