SSS hosts a terrific series of preparation seminars, but if you miss one...or don't live in the Bay Area, I recommend you look at what the PacCup has posted in its KnowledgeBase.

Go to WWW.PACIFICCUP.ORG.

Look in the main headings across the top for PREPARING. Along the right you'll find a column of videos and other materials on these topics.

And, under the Pacific Offshore Academy you'll find a link to the KNOWLEDGEBASE with even more.

Off you go! Energy budgets, driving downwind, provisioning...
