Required gear for Richmond/ South Beach race?

Couldn't find it on the website, but what safety gear/ boat equipment is required for the Richmond/ South Beach race? I just got a new boat and don't have much safety gear, so I couldn't do Half Moon Bay. I'm hoping that since this race doesn't leave the gate it will be less gear required...
