OK, the new mast and rigging has been out for a few runs on the Bay including a long beat up from the South Bay in "challenging" conditions. Everything is solid. Headsails have been re-cut to fit. Asymmetric spinnaker works a treat, pulled great while the wind lasted in the Silver Eagle. I'll be pressure washing the deck on Monday and doing a thorough cleaning of the salon area. She'll be ready for her next dance partner at the end of the day, Monday.

AlanH is now available for doublehanded and crewed outings, now and then.

This guy will be focusing on the Piper, now, and she's not a boat that's appropriate for SSS-type distance races, as there's no cabin. She's not self-bailing. So this marks the end of my long involvement with the SSS as a regular racer.

See you all on the water in the South Bay, between TI and Hunters Point, or on the Estuary!
