Farallones Raft-Up

Just checking - are we doing the raft-up, barbeque and great white feeding again this year? (Keep those palms open or you might get nipped.)

I am having trouble registering online. The link for jibeset wouldn't pull up, and I can't use jibeset anyways, since all I have is a debit card (no paper checks or paypal acct right now).

Therefore, would it be possibile for me to register for the sh farallones at the skipper's meeting?

I will have PHRF certificate, EPIRB registration and money in hand.

Someone from SSS please let me know if this works.

Cash is OK

Ronnie,

If you give Ruben, the SSS treasurer, your registration fee in cash at the skipper's meeting, this is as good as mailing in a check.

Go ahead and register on Jibeset and check the box that you're paying with a check. Ruben is a trustworthy guy but I would still get a receipt of some kind from him at the skipper's meeting. See you next week.

Thanks for the reply. I will register online and give Ruben cash. Last time I saw Ruben, he was on crutches and meds, so I doubt he could "take the money and run".

John of Blueberry ( the SSS Race Info Officer for 2010-2011, ie the guy who looks at all these registrations) has put in as much detail as I could find about Ronnie and Chippewa. Use the URL link at he bottom of thregistration email message to complete your registration using the Edit Registration button.
