Alan gave me, along with the charts that he posted, SOLAS flares meeting the SHTP requirements (thanks Alan!). After inventorying the flares on my boat, I find I don't need these so I'm passing them on free to any SH TransPac entrant.

Also there's a bunch of expired flares (some SOLAS, mostly not) that you can pick through if you want. Just in case you don't have enough expired flares.
And if you act now, I'll throw in the (nominally) dry box (no guarantees) that they came in.
