I have posted the TBF Sailing Instructions and start time in Jibeset.

Please note the chartlet on the last page reflects the normal restricted areas, one being under the Bay Bridge. I have requested USCG and Cal Trans to extend the area under the Bay Bridge as they did for the 2016 TBF, (see attached chartlet B) HOWEVER, I have not heard back and it is NOT GUARANTEED..

We most likely not know if this area will be extended until several days before the race, so stay tuned.
