Tie your Kangaroo down

Looks like some strong winds rolling through tonight. Batten down your hatched if you haven’t already
I’m at Dura Mater. Tied her w double docklines and removed the blade from her windvane. Had to call Tom Krase for instructions. His advice? “Don't forget to release the Knuten valve from the Flagiplate before the wind gets up too!”

Will be interesting to hear of any damage after this blows through....RYC SailFlow Pro real time at 2100 43K with 55K gusts...

Here on Berkeley E dock Davey Jones claimed a couple more pilings, a couple neighboring boats kissed, and one of the big tents at BMC took a hop across Spinnaker Way, capsizing that old Knarr at the entrance on its way.
Could have been worse. I suspect last Monday's northerly inspired folks to tie down their kangaroos, or at least check on them.
