NOW CASTING: Experienced Long Distance Solo Sailors for a TV Development Project

A major U.S. television network has approached our Emmy award winning TV production company looking to develop a project about skilled solo sailors with BIG personalities. We are looking for both men and women (older than 25) who have experience with single handed sailing over long distances. As the project is still in development, specifics regarding time and location of the trip are still being arranged.

I had a long chat with Justin this afternoon, this is a real company that is looking for a compelling story and personality with a bit of adventure... they are kind of open ended right now as to who might be the 'star', and the exact nature of the voyage/adventure undertaken. Sounds pretty cool though. Their timeframe might be next summer. Maybe we can do an SHTP version of "Morning Light" with a slower boats and a less photogenic crew? ;) Speaking for myself only of course.
