Wanted: life raft valise for a bit of summer offshore training

Good day,
Maybe you've read it elsewhere ... Wife and mother want a life raft on the boat before I go out of sight of the Pacific Coast. I agree ... The accountant on the other hand ...

Maybe you have a life raft sitting here or there; maybe a buddy has one. Would you loan it to me for the summer? I'm assuming it's a valise (I don't have room for a canister). It'll be under in the cabin and may get a little bit of water on it once in a while but it won't be exposed.

If I use it I'll pay for repair/service or a new one.

I'm also happy to pay a fee for this. And ... a tarte tatin when apple season returns?
