Nor Cal OFFSHORE Racing Council, with Offshore Rules doesn't appear to be reachable, hence our link on ocean race requirements fails.

Forum Updates?

When I access the Forum the latest post I find in Slackwater's Vallejo photos. Such a long interval is unusual. Has no one posted since Jackie's last and Slackwater's photos? Thanks, Pat Broderick
