Windjammers race - shorthanded division

Reminder: the Windjammers race to Santa Cruz is Friday Sep. 4. If you're interested in a shorthanded division, better get your entry in by Tuesday Aug. 25.

According to the NOR, there won't be a division unless there are 5 entries by that date. And I hear from StFYC that they're not there yet.
