From the online doc listed in the title. It appears they are once again allowing HMPE textile lines. There are hiking restrictions over such a line, as I understand it. What say our rules for the offshore events ?

I exchanged emails with Andy yesterday. The only change for 2019 locally is adding a safety equipment location chart. Per 2.4.4, HMPE lifelines are still allowed locally for Coastal races. Would you like me to confirm this with Andy?

Thanks. I also checked with Andy, same response.
