    The best would be a strop around the end of the boom. The setup shown looks weak as the middle of the bolt takes the load and has chafe points.

    Maybe someone can answer this.(Greg?) I have a 40ah Lifepo on Stink Eye that works great for Bay races but runs out of juice on longer overnight stuff. I'd like to buy a second 60ah Lifepo for the longer races and hook them up in parallel to make 100ah. Both will have a BMS and be charged from...

    DH Around New Zealand

    Does anyone remember what year the first LongPac was held?

    SHTP posters

    We have 5 posters from past SHTP races we would like to give away. They are from 1990,92,94 and 2000. 3 are framed. If you want them we may be at a future SSS meeting or you can pick them up in Marin or possibly Richmond Yacht Club.
