There are both shown at the bottom of the "Update Existing Regatta" page.

John:

When you have the NOR and SI for this race, you should post them on the Jibeset "Regatta home page" as you did for the HMB race.

When you do your blast tell them where they can go to see some HMB race tracks.

RSB start changed

The Sailing Instructions for Richmond South Beach will be posted soon. This is a heads up that we're moving the start out of Potrero Reach and using a committee boat on the Berkeley Circle instead, just as we do for Vallejo 1.

The last few years, with our large entries, the prestart has been very crowded in front of Richmond YC. If it's windy it gets a little dangerous.

You don't need to tell me about that. This is a good move. Now, can we go back to finishing down the Estuary (since we are making changes and all...)

Oops

The first set of sailing instructions that we posted for Richmond South Beach erroneously showed last year's PHRF breaks. Ignore that: PHRF boats will be in the same class and start that they've been in all this year. Corrected SIs will be posted shortly.
