LongPac Class Splits

Class splits should be posted shortly. Please note that in one or two past LongPac races, a DLR (displacement to length ratio) was calculated, but not utilized for scoring purposes. I've decided to eliminate this ratio for our race because results will be based on PHRF only, and also, I don't want to get into why this or that due to DLR ratios, sorry. Hope you feel the class splits are fair.
