Need Chartplotter

Don't know what your budget is, but Garmin 441s (chartplotter/sonar) can be had for $350 on the net (or price-matched at West Marine). I'm pretty happy with mine.
 
Has anyone used MX Mariner on an android tablet for charting? It's apparently been written by the same fella who was involved in the creation of opencpn.
