SSS’s racer, SHTP RC supporter and accomplished author Jackie Philpott has just become a regular contributor/ columnist for BAY & DELTA YACHTSMAN. Some may have seen her very well received “guest” column in the March issue. Now, be sure to find the April edition were she reports on the 3BF and interviews a few well known sailing characters. With Jackie’s contributions, B&DY may never be the same.
