questions re shipping the boat home

At Svendsen's they told me that the usual way of shipping an International Folkboat like mine is inside a standard 40' shipping container. Has anyone shipped a boat home from the SHTP that way? Or is roll-on/roll-off on a trailer how it's always done? Does anyone have a contact at Matson that I could call and ask details?

Boats are shipped in containers frequently. Boats are also shipped in/on a container size open frame that stacks with containers. If you call Matson tell them your with the Pacific Cup.
