Race day schedule

Good day,
Could we get an update on race day schedule please? I need to hitch a ride and would like to confirm time with my friends.
 
We got an email via Jibeset on 6-3 saying that the skippers' meeting is at 0930 on Friday, with the luncheon to follow at noon. The only thing I've seen as to Saturday is that we need to clear the docks by 1000, but first warning is not until 1155. Why not spend Friday night on DE?
