Tracker for SHTP

I am interested renting or borrowing a Garmin or Delorme inReach satellite tracker for the 2018 SHTP. The communications plan for the race requires each racer to carry an inReach Explorer or inReach SE, whether branded by Delorme or Garmin. The race committee is not renting them out this year. I don’t care to own a tracker and would prefer to avoid the hassle of selling it after the race. I am happy to pay a fair rental rate, and will, of course, cover all air time and data use.
