It’s a bit of a chore. At Inverness I brought an 8 foot ladder. Down in Alamitos Bay I used the hoist to step the main and take it down. That seems preferable but I need to be able to launch and retrieve at ramps which I haven’t done yet. Then I need a 4 foot ladder in the boat to hang the main wishbone. The boat lives mast up on a trailer at RYC with a bridle left attached so at least that part is super easy. Especially after singlehandedly launching Starbuck!
